Memo Paris accepts returns of unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of delivery to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene. We invite you to experience your new scent using the complimentary sample included with each full-size bottle order before opening the original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our olfactory concierge team via the online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box and secure it within the initial shipping carton to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
